Urgent Resolution Needed for Turkish Airlines Flight Delay

Our flight TK2043 from Konya to Istanbul has currently been delayed by a total of 1 hour. When we inquired at the information desk, we were told that the flight from Istanbul has not yet departed and they had no further information. Now, I ask you, how is a family that arrived at the airport at 1 PM supposed to handle this situation without proper seating and resting areas, especially if they have urgent matters to attend to? What are you trying to achieve with a system that provides minimal information and seems to be reluctantly followed? Do you show the same level of care and importance to the Antalya region as you do to the Konya region? I request that the delay be resolved as soon as possible, that the reasons for such delays be investigated, and that the results be communicated to the passengers who suffer time, physical, and mental strain.
