Turkcell GSM Line Opened With Forged Signature and Lien Process
A line was opened in my name in July 2024 by a dealer of Turkcell GSM company named Meridyen with number 01221.00063, using my identity information and forged signature. Although I contacted Turkcell communication center and Turkcell dealer many times regarding the issue, it has not been resolved. The documents requested by Turkcell were sent, but no result was achieved. Afterwards, I was informed that the line was closed after it was confirmed that it was opened with fake signatures and information. Additionally, I was told that the line did not belong to me and that I should not make any payments. However, due to unpaid bills, a lien process was initiated for a line that I did not open. Baytok law firm, directed by Turkcell, constantly disturbs my family and myself. I demand that the lien on the closed line be lifted immediately and the issue be resolved.
