On 14.02.2024, I had an internet connection to our house in Ankara-Batıkent through a Turkcell dealer. I spoke to the dealer on 09.02.2024 at 0 53*********96, a friend named U***. He told me about that day's campaign. He informed me that since I have a Turkcell line, I would be subscribed for 1 month free of charge and the remaining 11 months for 260 TL with a 12-month commitment. (Unfortunately, I do not have the phone record, but I have a note from the call I made that day. I will upload it as well.) I approved this conversation and the internet was connected to our house on 14.02.2024. I had given an automatic payment instruction for the bill to be paid. After two months, I saw that the bill was reflected as 360 TL. After this, I called Mr. U*** from the same number. He told me that he had sent me a t. He told me to send C. Mi and his subscriber number on WhatsApp and that he would check and get back to me. I waited a few days but he didn't answer. I called and he didn't answer my phone. Then I sent a message on WhatsApp and he didn't answer. I called a few more times but unfortunately, he didn't answer my phone and didn't answer either. I don't know which dealer it was. If I knew his address, I would go and talk to him face to face and most likely we would have an argument in return for this rudeness. That's partly why I didn't want to go to the dealer. I waited a few more billing periods thinking that this situation would be fixed but I saw that it wasn't. I am still paying a bill of 360 TL. Finally, I would like to ask you as Turkcell: Why didn't he implement the campaign he told me about? If there was no such campaign, why did he give me false information? I don't find this behavior of Mr. U*** ethical. I am complaining about this dealer and this person because he didn't answer my calls and didn't give me any enlightening information. I want the refund of the excess bill amounts reflected as a result of the campaign given to me over the phone not being implemented. If possible, I request that my line be closed immediately without any cancellation fee. I will also send this request to your company's corporate e-mail and declare that I will legally forward this injustice to the relevant authorities. Best regards,
