I Face Wrongful Turkcell Line Deactivation Due To Dealer Transaction Error
My Turkcell line with the number 0506 180 01 10 was wrongly canceled by a Turkcell dealer located in Antalya. Although my number still appears as active and visible in the Turkcell system, the line was canceled on 12/10/2025 due to an incorrect transaction carried out by the dealer. Despite this obvious mistake, the dealer is refusing to initiate a technical request to correct the issue.
Through the Turkcell application, I was instructed to submit a formal petition, which I have already done via the app. However, despite completing this step, my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that a technical request be urgently opened under the category “Cancellation Objection – Incorrect Cancellation (Death Record)” for my line 0506 180 01 10, that this wrongful cancellation be corrected immediately, and that my line be reactivated without any loss of rights or service.
