Turkcell Big Festival 40 GB Package 10 GB Data Drained In 30 Minutes

Between 23:03 and 23:39, I experienced a serious issue with the “Big Festival 40 GB” package on my Turkcell line. Within this package, I had a total of 10 GB of remaining data—8 GB from my existing balance and 2 GB from the Shake & Win campaign. Despite not actively using my phone at all during this period, all 10 GB was consumed in less than 30 minutes. Although mobile data was turned on, I did not pick up my phone or perform any action. When I checked the usage details, I saw that data usage was recorded 28 times within this short timeframe, each instance showing exactly 286 MB of consumption. This clearly does not align with my usage habits or the fact that I was not using my phone at that time, and I believe this indicates a technical or system error. I contacted Turkcell customer services, but I was informed that no action could be taken. I request a detailed investigation into this abnormal data usage on my line (0541 799 7***), which I use in Bornova, Izmir, within the scope of the Big Festival 40 GB package, correction of any error if found, and a refund of my internet data.
