I've observed that the New Big Festival campaign is currently providing 40 GB for ₺325. I haven't received my first bill yet, and since I'm still in the early days of my plan, I contacted Turkcell to see if I could switch to a better offer. Regrettably, my request was turned down without a satisfactory explanation. As a new customer, I anticipated a more accommodating and helpful approach, particularly since I was ready to cover the additional cost. This experience made me feel unappreciated, especially since I chose Turkcell because of its strong reputation for customer service. I hope they take another look at their approach and let me switch to a package that fits my needs better.
