Turkcell Refused to Let Me Switch to a Better 40 GB Package Despite Being a New User

I just signed up with Turkcell on November 22, 2024, taking advantage of their new number campaign, and I paid ₺310 for 20 GB of data. I've observed that the New Big Festival campaign is currently providing 40 GB for ₺325. I haven't received my first bill yet, and since I'm still in the early days of my plan, I contacted Turkcell to see if I could switch to a better offer. Regrettably, my request was turned down without a satisfactory explanation. As a new customer, I anticipated a more accommodating and helpful approach, particularly since I was ready to cover the additional cost. This experience made me feel unappreciated, especially since I chose Turkcell because of its strong reputation for customer service. I hope they take another look at their approach and let me switch to a package that fits my needs better.

There has been no response regarding the matter.

I was called by a Turkcell customer representative, and the package change I wanted was made. Turkcell proved how high-quality an operator it is by responding and acting positively. Thank you.
