Turkcell 30 GB Package Suddenly Consumed Without Usage - No Support

“I was satisfied with the speed of response to my complaint. I was disturbed by the fact that the source of the problem could not be identified.”

I was using my Turkcell 30 GB internet package in a controlled manner. At 09:15 on the morning of November 17, 2025, my remaining data showed as 2.53 GB. However, at 09:45, despite not performing any action that would consume additional data, I received an SMS stating that my package had run out. After this, I called customer service (532) and spoke with Ms. R****. I wanted to open a service request, but it was not created on the grounds that there was no unusual activity in my data usage. I request an investigation into why my package was consumed in this way and detailed information if necessary. My phone number is 0505*****91.
