Turkcell 12GB Data Consumption Spike - Unfair Charge, Log Request

On October 10, 2025, on my Turkcell postpaid line, it was reported that I used about 12 GB of internet in total — 3 GB around 12:00 p.m. and 9 GB around 1:45 p.m., on the same day my package was renewed. However, it is impossible for me to use such a large amount of data in such a short time through my mobile phone. Within two days, most of my internet package was unfairly consumed. I contacted customer service about the issue, but they couldn’t help. They only mentioned the amount of data used during those hours and did not provide any detailed explanation or log records. I was also not informed about which app or activity used that much data. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and using 12 GB in just two hours is unbelievable. There were no additional packages or special usage cases either. I request that Turkcell thoroughly investigate this data usage and restore my internet package. Otherwise, if this happens again, I will transfer this line and my other line registered with Turkcell to a different service provider.
