Hello, I have two mobile lines—one with Türk Telekom and the other with Turkcell. I use them both with a dual SIM Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Due to the Bayram holiday, I traveled from Istanbul to my hometown in Yerköy Söbeçimen village, Yozgat, and I am spending the holiday here. However, neither of my lines has network coverage from Turkcell; they only show incoming calls. Türk Telekom has coverage but no internet. This is how I am spending the holiday. I urge Turkcell, Türk Telekom, and Samsung to find a solution to this issue.
