I Am Demanding an Immediate Replacement for Dead-on-Arrival Ttec Watch
On August 27, 2026, I purchased a Ttec Kisi Pro 4G Kids Smart Watch through Hepsiburada from the seller "mtk (Mobilt ek)". The product was delivered on August 29 in factory-sealed packaging. However, immediately after unboxing the device and inserting the SIM card for our first test, we encountered a critical hardware defect.
While the watch receives incoming audio perfectly, its built-in microphone is completely non-functional. We can be heard clearly, but the child's voice is not transmitted back at all. Encountering a "dead on arrival" (DOA) hardware failure on a brand-new, out-of-the-box device is highly frustrating and unacceptable.
I immediately contacted the seller via the Hepsiburada platform. Instead of taking responsibility for supplying a defective product (ayıplı mal), the seller evaded the issue, merely providing a phone number and instructing me to contact technical service on Monday. Under consumer protection laws, a buyer is not required to submit a brand-new, defective item for repairs. The seller is responsible for an immediate remedy.
I demand an immediate one-to-one exchange for a brand-new, factory-sealed replacement unit. If a direct replacement cannot be provided, I demand a full refund of my purchase price. I have the original packaging, serial numbers, and IMEI information ready. If Hepsiburada and the seller fail to resolve this promptly, I will officially escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
