Ttec Airbeat Buzz Earphones Retained Over 33 Days Exceeding Legal Repair Deadline

On July 15, 2026, I submitted my Ttec Airbeat Buzz TWS earphones for warranty repair through Eymen İletişim, an authorized dealer in Kartal, Istanbul, handing over both the original receipt and product packaging. As of today, 33 days have elapsed, yet I have received no status updates, technical reports, or return of my product.

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the maximum statutory repair period for electronic products is 20 business days. Exceeding this legal limit automatically entitles the consumer to demand a replacement or full refund.

Compounding this failure, the dealer’s phone lines are completely unreachable, and Ttec corporate customer support has failed to respond to my repeated email inquiries. Holding a consumer's property indefinitely without communication or resolution is a clear breach of consumer rights.

I demand an immediate status update regarding my earphones. Because the maximum legal repair timeframe has been exceeded, I demand that Ttec either issue a brand-new, defect-free replacement unit or process a full refund of my purchase price without further delay.
