TCL MT46X Warranty Service Ignored My Microphone Repair Request and Sent the Watch Back

I purchased a TCL Alcatel MT46X Kids Smartwatch on July 13, 2024, from a Turkcell store located inside Samsun Piazza Mall. In January 2026, the watch’s microphone suddenly stopped working. As a result, I sent the device to KVK Kartal Authorized Service Center, where a service record was opened on January 15, 2026.
On January 20, I received an SMS stating, “Your product is being processed – the required part has arrived.”
On January 21, I received another SMS stating: “Your product repair involves a broken screen. A price quote of $54 has been issued and is awaiting your approval. You may complete the payment through our website.” However, the watch screen was not broken. Since it was impossible to reach the service center by phone, I used the website link to send an email explaining that the screen was intact, that the actual problem was the microphone, and that I wanted the microphone repaired. I specifically requested that the device be reexamined and that I be informed of the findings.
Despite my explanation, no proper review was conducted. Instead, I later received a message stating that the device was being returned at the customer's request, as though I had asked for the repair to be canceled. As a result, no service was performed, and my original complaint was completely ignored. At the time of writing, the watch has not yet been returned to me.
I am filing this complaint because I have been seriously inconvenienced by the company's actions. The inability to reach anyone by phone, the failure to provide the requested warranty service, and the inaccurate handling of my repair request have all caused unnecessary frustration and delay. I request that my grievance be resolved immediately. Otherwise, I reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
