I transferred Tron to my account linked to the address Bc1p390vcxj920zkwt0x67eechg6rm*. However, it appears that everyone sees the same address, and the platform redirects to a site called Tronscan. While my funds, totaling $12, are visible, I cannot access them.

The system shows TDWiBZg43V2Fvs* as the destination, with the transaction ID c9b7a183df99190b912f883915bac600f1e812eff. I am incredibly frustrated and urgently need assistance to resolve this issue and recover my funds. Please investigate and provide a solution promptly, as this is causing me significant distress.
