My Funds Are Stuck on Tronscan with No Support

I urgently need help. I transferred $2,328 through Binance, and my funds are now stuck on Tronscan. I believe the transaction didn’t complete properly, and I can’t access my money.

There is no live support on Tronscan, and no way to speak to anyone directly. I’ve been trying to contact someone, anyone, who can guide me or help recover the funds—but so far, no one has responded.

This is a serious issue. I used official channels, did everything by the book, and now I’m sitting here locked out of my own funds with zero communication options.

I’m asking Tronscan to contact me immediately through this platform or any other available method. I need clear instructions on how to retrieve my money or at least confirmation that it’s not lost.
