Tronscan Did Not Complete My Transfer to BTCTurk

On June 16, 2025, I attempted to make a transfer of $12,950 to my BTCTurk account via Tronscan through company X. However, the transaction did not go through, and the funds remained in my account. The transaction ID is tpg1iab42wxfm1ukyqfd8b1bv6dwgev***. Although I initiated the transfer in ₺, the receipt shows it as $. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I also suspect that the transaction may have failed due to BTC infrastructure maintenance and address changes carried out by BTCTurk yesterday. My current TRC20 wallet address is twfhidbcfu3ehpxxmr2444nozmerbnd***, and I request that the transaction be redirected to this updated address. I have contacted both Tronscan and BTCTurk customer service about the matter, but no solution has been provided yet. I expect this issue to be resolved and the transaction to be completed.
