My BTCTURK Transfer Not Completed and $12,950 Missing From My Account

On June 16, 2025, I attempted to transfer $12,950 via Tronscan, using a third-party provider, into my BTCTURK account. However, the transaction never went through, and the funds are still not reflected in my account. The transaction ID is: tpg1iab42wxfm1ukyqfd8b1bv6dwgevpmw. Although I initiated the transfer in TL, the receipt shows it as USD, which is unusual and has never happened before. I also suspect the issue may be linked to the BTC infrastructure maintenance and address changes that BTCTURK carried out yesterday. My updated TRC20 wallet address is: twfhidbcfu3ehpxxmr2444nozmerbnd2py, and I am requesting that the funds be redirected to this correct address. I have contacted both Tronscan and BTCTURK customer support but have not received any resolution. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and the full amount to be credited to my account without further delay.
