Tronscan displays a successful transaction, but the recipient didn't receive my funds; how can I resolve this?

This problem might happen if the recipient's wallet doesn't accept TRC-20 tokens or if there's a problem with syncing.

First, make sure that the wallet of the individual can handle TRC-20 USDT.

That person might need to move their wallet into a wallet that works with it, like Trust Wallet or TronLink, if it's not. ​

If the recipient's wallet supports TRC-20 but the money is still gone, it's possible that the wallet isn't in sync with the TRON blockchain.

In this case, the receiver needs to either refresh their wallet or import it again to get it to sync.

Make sure the recipient's wallet address has a small amount of TRX (TRON) to cover energy costs, since TRC-20 token transactions need TRX to be processed. ​

It's best for the receiver to contact their wallet's customer service for more help if these steps don't fix the problem.
