I Sent Money to Gate.io but It Went to 'Transcan' and I Can’t Get It Back

I recently transferred money to my Gate.io account, but instead of it being credited properly, the funds somehow ended up on a platform or address labeled “Transcan.” I have no idea what this is or how my money got rerouted there, and I’m completely in the dark about how to recover it.
I’ve tried reaching out for support, but so far, I’ve gotten no clear answers—just confusion and silence. This is incredibly frustrating. I’m left feeling helpless and anxious, watching my money disappear into a platform I never intended to use.
If anyone has gone through the same thing and successfully recovered their funds, please share how. Gate.io, I demand immediate help to trace and return my money. This is not how a trusted platform should operate. Take responsibility and resolve this urgently.
