Trip.com Reservation at Mövenpick Tekirova Denied Despite Payment Confirmation
I booked a stay at Mövenpick Resort Tekirova through Trip.com for September 15, 2024, and paid online via Trip.com and Accor, their partnered group. Despite receiving confirmation and approval messages, the hotel denied our reservation upon arrival, claiming they hadn’t received payment from Accor. The hotel also informed us it was fully booked, yet it still shows as available on Trivago. This is beyond frustrating as we are left stranded with no support or explanation. Trip.com and Accor, please resolve this and honor the reservation or provide a prompt refund. We need immediate assistance to prevent further inconvenience and ensure our reservation is honored.
