Trip.com Reservation at Mövenpick Tekirova Denied Despite Payment Confirmation
I booked a stay at Mövenpick Resort Tekirova through Trip.com for September 15, 2024, and paid online via Trip.com and A...ccor, their partnered group. Despite receiving confirmation and approval messages, the hotel denied our reservation upon arrival, claiming they hadn’t received payment from Accor.
