Can't Get Invoice from Trip.com! Frustrated with Istanbul Hotel Booking

I booked my stay in Istanbul through Trip.com, a company based in Singapore, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to get an invoice from the hotel. Even though I tried, the hotel couldn't provide one either. It's quite frustrating that Trip.com doesn't provide support in Turkish. You're required to communicate in English, which can be a hassle. It appears that they are conducting business on a global scale, but with the mindset of a small neighborhood market.
