I Can’t Get a Valid Invoice from Hotels.com

I made a hotel reservation through Hotels.com, but I’ve been unable to get a valid invoice for my payment. The document they sent me under the name of an "invoice" has no legal validity and is not acceptable for official or business use.
To make matters worse, I can't reach anyone who speaks Turkish on their support team. I'm forced to rely on poor translations and broken communication, which makes it nearly impossible to explain my issue clearly or get proper help.
This has caused serious inconvenience and unnecessary stress. I need an official, legally valid invoice that reflects my payment and can be used as documentation.
Hotels.com must provide Turkish-speaking support for Turkish customers and issue proper invoices when requested. Stop ignoring basic customer needs and resolve this issue immediately.
