Trendyol Won't Accept My Wish to Return the Order of Gold Bracelet

This situation has caused me significant financial distress and emotional turmoil, and I kindly request Trendyol to reconsider their decision and provide a fair resolution.  bought gold from Trendyol using a virtual card, to try it on and return it if it didn't meet my expectations. Nevertheless, following the utilization of a credit card for the transaction, I promptly initiated a return. Unfortunately, Trendyol denied my request, even though the product wasn't even delivered to me!! given the tight time frame between the purchase and the return request, why??  I am now stuck with a gold item that is worth a hefty sum of 48,000k and have no choice but to bear the responsibility of paying for something that I am unable to return.
