Uber Driver Ignored My Pinned Location, Took Another Passenger, and Left Me Stranded

On June 10, 2026, at around 11:10 AM, I requested an Uber ride through the app. My location was clearly visible and pinned as "in front of Zorlu PSM," yet after accepting the trip, the driver arrived within about 4–5 minutes and stopped approximately 50 meters away from my marked location.
When I walked up to the vehicle, I saw that instead of picking me up — the passenger waiting for him in the app — the driver had let someone else get in at the spot where he had stopped. He then canceled the trip on his end without ever picking me up. I believe this behavior is a direct violation of both Uber's service standards and basic passenger trust.
I reported the incident in detail through the support section of the Uber app and filed a complaint against the driver, but I have received no response to date. I am therefore raising this issue here as well, and I am requesting that appropriate action be taken specifically against this driver, and that Uber apply much stricter standards when screening and onboarding the drivers it works with.
