Trendyol System Error Sent My Cat Food to the Wrong Address and No Resolution Yet
Trendyol shows meticulousness! when sending orders to different locations by ensuring the address is defined and even sending a code to the phone associated with that address. However, despite selecting a delivery point for my order on the same day (since I’m in a different city), a system error sent my order to the original address I had first chosen. The most urgent and heaviest item is cat food. I received a notification email, but I couldn’t track the order, and I realized the mistake while trying to resolve the wrong shipment. Informational messages are also being sent to the first shipping address. The tense dialogue I had with Ms. Ş*** from customer service was frustrating. She kept insisting, "Okay, I will mark the product as not delivered, and since 24 hours need to pass, the solution team will call you tomorrow to help." I asked, "Are you going to have it retrieved? How will this proceed? Should the people at that address stay home from work and wait?" In her robotic and indifferent tone, she simply said yes. It's been 24 hours, and I still haven’t received any response. So now, I have to travel 130 km to pick up the food myself. I make purchases almost every month, but I’m not an "Elite Member" because I don’t write glowing reviews on my phone. Still, the people waiting for the delayed food deserve credit.
