Trendyol Hasn't Shipped My Order for Over a Month
On June 25th, I placed an order through Trendyol, but one of the items has not yet been delivered to me. Even though it's July 30th today, meaning over a month and ten days have passed, the item still hasn't arrived. I initially contacted Trendyol live support and was told I needed to wait. Just now, on July 30th, 2025, at 3:00 PM, I spoke with a customer service representative named F***. I explained the situation to her in detail. However, she simply told me that "the product you purchased might not have been sent due to high volume." When I pointed out that it had been over a month and ten days, she said the only thing she could do was cancel my order. Yet, I can easily cancel the order myself if I choose to. I tried to explain that since the seller operates through the Trendyol platform, Trendyol should take responsibility for this issue. However, the customer representative didn't listen to me and wasn't focused on finding a solution. I believe Trendyol urgently needs to improve its customer service quality. Otherwise, if these kinds of problems persist, no one will shop there, and I certainly won't recommend this site to anyone.
