Trendyol Order Missing- Delivery Claimed, No Proof, No Refund

My order hasn't arrived, despite Trendyol Express claiming it was delivered twice. Even after stating it didn't reach me, I only received a generic "product delivered to address, have a nice day" email. When I requested any official documents or reports, I received no response. I tried calling for a stamped document but to no avail. I placed two orders totaling ₺1500, and my excitement turned to disappointment as I waited in vain for days. I'm deeply disappointed and demand a refund or a stamped official document confirming delivery to my address. Despite multiple calls to the customer service center, no one has reached out to address my concerns. The lack of attention to customer satisfaction is truly disheartening.
