My order hasn't arrived, despite Trendyol Express claiming it was delivered twice. I tried calling for a stamped document but to no avail. I placed two orders totaling ₺1500, and my excitement turned to disappointment as I waited in vain for days. I'm deeply disappointed and demand a refund or a stamped official document confirming delivery to my address.
