Trendyol's Poor Service Quality
I contacted the vendor about the delivery of the cat food I ordered on April 27th, and asked, "Where is my package?" My message was not sent, and when I contacted to investigate three days later, a refund was issued without explanation. My ₺100 voucher expired, making it unusable. When I contacted customer support, I got the idea that customer pleasure wasn't important. During my interaction with a person named F*****, I felt that my concern was not taken seriously. When my cats ran out of food, I had to break their Pro Plan diet and switch to store food. It is upsetting to see Trendyol's service quality deteriorating to this point.
