Trendyol Sent Me a Scratched Product Then Refused to Replace It at the Same Price

I purchased a product from Trendyol, with Trendyol itself as the seller. The item they sent me was scratched, so I returned it and requested a replacement, which they initially agreed to. However, today, eight days later, they refunded my money and falsely claimed that the product was out of stock. When I checked their website, I found the same product listed, but the price had increased by over 40 percent. I pointed out their mistake and explained that this issue was entirely their fault, yet they continued to deny responsibility. Despite speaking with three different customer service representatives, none offered a real solution. One told me the product I bought was from an old stock, and the current listing was from a new stock—an explanation that made no sense. Another suggested the person checking stock must have been mistaken as if they were blind. The third simply read out the email I had already received without adding anything useful. I even proposed that they provide a coupon to adjust the price so I could repurchase the product at the original cost, but they refused. Trendyol’s lack of accountability and poor handling of this situation have left me very dissatisfied. I will no longer shop with them and recommend others to reconsider until they address such issues properly.
