Trendyol Canceled My Order Without Asking Claiming It Was Damaged in Shipping
My Trendyol order was canceled without my approval, claiming it was damaged during shipping. I placed an order, but it was canceled without consulting me, supposedly due to shipping damage. On top of that, the product's price has increased, leaving me at a loss. As a customer, why am I not sent a new product instead of having my order canceled outright? The damaged item should be replaced, as this is the company's responsibility. Customer service refuses to take responsibility, saying they can’t do anything. I will never choose Trendyol again. If a solution is not provided, I will take the necessary steps.
