They told me they could only offer a refund, but the same thermos is no longer available at the price I originally paid—it has become more expensive. I checked the website again, and the price had increased significantly within just a few days. This left me feeling like I was being penalized for a mistake I didn’t make. So now I’ve lost time, my order wasn’t delivered in proper condition, and I have to spend more money to get a new thermos. I feel wronged in this situation. As a student who saved up for this purchase, I demand a replacement thermos at the original price I paid.
