Trendyol Delivered My Meal Wrong

I placed an order for food from the Tavuk Dünyası seller via Trendyol, but unfortunately, my order was delivered incorrectly. I reached out to the customer support team at Trendyol, hoping to get assistance with my recent purchase. Unfortunately, I received the wrong item, which was also inedible. I simply wanted my order to be delivered correctly. I was taken aback by the response: "We do not provide that service." Put simply, if the seller happens to send the incorrect product, your order loses its value. Such a disappointment.
