Trendyol Sent the Wrong Product and Failed to Resolve My Issue

My experience with Trendyol was quite disappointing, making me doubt their dedication to customer service. I placed an order with a local seller via their platform, but the item that showed up was nothing like what I had purchased. When I contacted customer service, I encountered standard replies and a lack of genuine effort to address my problem. I am disappointed, as I relied on Trendyol to guarantee the dependability of their sellers. Instead, I found myself facing an issue that they appear to be reluctant to resolve adequately. This has really shaken my trust in their platform, and I genuinely hope they take action to enhance their service and responsibility. I can't endorse making a purchase at this location at the moment.
