If you received the wrong item from Trendyol and the seller won’t help;

Contact Trendyol support with a clear escalation;

• State that the item you received does not match what you ordered
• Provide your order number, product name you ordered, the wrong item received, and date of delivery
• Attach clear photos of the wrong item and packaging (labels, SKU, barcode)

Ask them to;

• Confirm that the item delivered is incorrect based on your order details
• Initiate a return or exchange process on your behalf
• Ensure the seller accepts the return and covers return shipping if applicable
• Provide a refund or send the correct item promptly


If the wrong item issue isn’t resolved or support stops responding;

• File a complaint on Xolvie to report the wrong item and seller non-cooperation and seek help forcing Trendyol to resolve it
