Trendyol Sent Me Steel Earrings Instead of 925 Silver and Charged for Return
On May 13, 2025, I purchased a pair of Palmia Jewelry Accessories Baguette Diamond White Silver Earrings from Trendyol. As shown in the photos I’ve attached, the product description clearly stated that it was made of 925 sterling silver. When the product arrived, I opened the package in front of the delivery personnel and saw that the earrings were not 925 silver but steel. I immediately created a return code and handed the product back to the courier. However, the item was sent back to me, and I was forced to pay a total of ₺120 in shipping fees—₺80 for the initial shipment and ₺40 upon return. Palmia Jewelry is misleading customers with false product descriptions, causing financial loss, and making them pay for return shipping. Trendyol, on the other hand, does nothing to support its customers. I truly cannot understand this logic.
