West Lingerie Refused My Le Jardin Bra Return on Trendyol After Opening Seal
West Lingerie is mistreating its customers! I bought a Le Jardin brand bra from West Lingerie on the Trendyol platform on April 17, and it was delivered. When I opened the box, I immediately realized that it had nothing to do with the brand I usually wear and that it would be too small for me, so I wanted to return it. However, they rejected my return because I had opened the hygiene seal. How am I supposed to know if it fits me without opening the package? There is neither a return nor an exchange option, and my money has basically gone to waste. On top of that, the seller clearly does not care and is not someone I would ever recommend. West Lingerie, based in Izmir, is one of the most careless and indifferent sellers I have ever dealt with. Trendyol also does nothing to protect its customers!
