Trendyol Sent Me Iluvia Sunscreen With No Label That Gave Me Acne After Use

I purchased the Iluvia tone-evening sunscreen from a seller called “the gleam” on Trendyol. The product showed up in a simple box, completely devoid of any branding, labels, or information whatsoever. This raised immediate concerns for me since I had looked at the reviews beforehand, and it appeared that everyone received a properly labeled product. The version I got was completely different from what was promised—it had a rough texture and an overpowering paint-like odor that was difficult to overlook. After using it just once, I ended up with acne on my face, which has never happened to me with any sunscreen before. This reaction was quite surprising, especially since I don’t have sensitive skin. This experience made me feel deceived and entirely doubtful about the product’s genuineness. I will not be buying from this seller again.
I received a response and was told that a new product would be sent, but my skin is currently in very bad condition. I really hope it’s not because of the product I used.
