Trendyol Refuses Refund for Defective Garden Hose Despite Years of Loyalty

I bought a garden hose from Trendyol, but it turned out to be a sweating hose made for agricultural drip irrigation. The courier delivered it at 8 p.m., and when we tried it the next morning at 11, water was leaking from all over the hose. I initiated a return by selecting “wrong order” from Trendyol’s consumer return options, but the seller refused to accept it, claiming the package had been opened—though I couldn’t test the hose without opening it.
