Trendyol Took Back My Product Without My Consent After a Color Issue

Trendyol confiscated my product. The product I bought at a discount from Trendyol arrived in a different color. So I contacted customer service and they said they could make a change and I requested a change. However, they did not approve the exchange request and refunded the discounted price of the product. I did not request a return. If the color is not available, send me the old one. They confiscated my product, which had an invoice for which I paid, without my request. Even though I stated that I do not want a refund. I have received a written statement for the change, attached.
