Trendyol Seller Sent Me the Wrong and Broken Crocs Charms

On Trendyol, a seller named 'Mizan Ticaret' sent me completely different products. I had ordered Crocs charms, but half of them arrived with broken backs. I bought them as a gift, and this feels like a complete joke. None of the items I ordered were in the package. They need to take responsibility; I should not have to deal with shipping or returns to find a replacement. I want the exact products I originally ordered. This is unacceptable—no one should be misled like this. I will take all necessary action and file complaints everywhere I can. I will go through consumer rights step by step if needed. I am beyond frustrated, and this is not the first time it has happened.
