Trendyol is no longer the trustworthy platform it used to be. They now side with sellers and leave buyers in a tough spot. They claim there's a one-month return policy, but that clearly doesn't apply in practice. My family and I used to be regular Trendyol customers—unfortunately, not anymore. For elderly people, a market trolley is essential for daily shopping. Since the fabric on our previous ones wore out quickly, we decided to invest in a sturdier option and bought a ₺4000 trolley instead of a ₺400 one. When it arrived, my son secured the wheels tightly. I went out for a test run, and with no weight inside, one of the rear wheels they had installed flew off right in the middle of the market. I had to return home without shopping. When I requested a return and refund, they rejected it, saying "used products cannot be returned." How else was I supposed to check if the wheel would fall off—carry it in my arms? Their claim about returning items within a month if you’re not satisfied is a joke. They sent a new wheel instead. I reassembled it carefully and went for another test. This time, the unused front wheel popped off. The market area in Konyaaltı is smooth and paved—there's no excuse. This isn’t clothing that you wear once and can’t return; even clothes can be returned if there's an issue. A market trolley, like electronics, reveals defects only through use. The problem isn’t with the fabric or any external damage—it’s a clear manufacturing defect. You pay 10 times more for what’s marketed as a premium, long-lasting product, and it breaks on day one. Trendyol refused a return again, only offering parts. I spoke to a representative who admitted they couldn’t make a different decision. Has Trendyol turned into a platform that allows the sale of faulty products? Older, cheaper trolleys held up for years, even on bumpy roads. I regret not buying another one of those instead. We trusted Trendyol too much—and that was a mistake. They now come up with absurd excuses to avoid helping customers, turning rightful complaints into a dead end. If they don’t issue a full refund, I’ll file complaints against the seller on Google and here. It's obvious the seller knows the product is faulty and uses the "no return after use" rule to avoid responsibility. But what’s Trendyol’s excuse? No one should shop on Trendyol anymore—it is no longer reliable.

Trendyol does not take back defective or damaged products. It's only been a month. They do not allow you to use your right of return. Their promise at the time of sale is a lie, it's exactly the opposite. They side with the seller. Why should I take back something I can't use that was sent to me? It will just go to waste. They don't even replace it with a new one. A market trolley without wheels. What can I do? See the nonsense of their response. Don't get involved with Trendyol. It's a money-grabbing business.
