Transavia Ticket Modification Request Remains Unresolved
We are experiencing a serious issue regarding our Transavia flight tickets purchased through the Füme Fly travel agency for the November 16, 2025, Paris Orly – Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen flight scheduled to depart at 09:40.
A total of eight tickets were purchased under booking reference PNR F2CDZYZ5f. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we requested that the tickets issued for Filiz B**, A** B**, and U** B** be either postponed to a later date or canceled. The remaining five passengers still intend to travel as originally planned.
Despite contacting Füme Fly numerous times, we were repeatedly informed that the tickets could not be rescheduled. Instead of providing a clear solution or alternative options, the matter has been continuously delayed. We were also told that the recorded sales call would be reviewed, but no meaningful update or resolution has been provided.
At this point, the flight is only two days away, and we are facing significant stress and uncertainty. The lack of communication and failure to provide a definitive answer has left us unable to make appropriate travel arrangements.
We respectfully request that Transavia and Füme Fly urgently review our case and either:
Reschedule the three affected tickets to a later date,
Cancel the tickets and advise us of any applicable refund or credit options, or
Provide a clear written explanation detailing why no changes can be made to the tickets.
Given the proximity of the departure date, we ask that this matter be handled immediately so that we can make informed decisions and avoid further financial loss and inconvenience.
