I and my three friends were very disappointed that our Pegasus flight with PNR MNX8FB on the Pristina - Istanbul route was canceled on February 6, 2024. This situation negatively affected our travel plans and caused us to encounter unexpected difficulties. After the flight cancellation, which we understand, we transferred to the alternative flight provided by your company, dated 07.02.2024. However, unfortunately, we received a negative response to our request for accommodation arising from this change. We requested that our accommodation expenses be covered to compensate for the inconvenience we experienced due to the flight cancellation. However, the feedback we received on this issue was negative. I state that this situation negatively affected our travel plans and caused us financial loss, and your company should offer more effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. You didn't even inform us that our flight was canceled; we changed to the other flight with the closest date upon our call. For this reason, I request that your negative response to our accommodation request after the flight cancellation be reviewed, and the necessary corrections be made to eliminate our grievance. I would like to inform you that if our request is not responded to, we will file a complaint with the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of Turkey regarding the violation of passenger rights. I hope that our complaint will be taken into consideration and resolved as soon as possible, and I would like to state that we expect better service from your company.
