On June2,2025, I purchased 3 tickets from FlixBus for the Üsküp–Belgrade route, scheduled for departure on June15,2025 at 23:59. Despite the payment being successfully processed, no reservation was created for this trip.
From the moment I noticed this issue, I contacted FlixBus customer service three times via email and four times via live support. Each time, I was promised assistance, but no solution or refund has been provided so far.
This situation has caused us serious financial distress and disrupted our travel plans. We were left without valid tickets despite making timely payments.
I explicitly request a full refund of the amount charged for this unfulfilled service, along with an explanation as to why our reservation was never completed despite payment.
