Trainline Ticket Refund Dispute
I needed to travel to London for a job interview, however the train was cancelled one hour before the departure time. I have to postpone my appointment for April 8, 2024. When I checked for a refund, I discovered that I could only reclaim £32 of the £74 I had spent on tickets. I find it unacceptable to be penalised for something completely beyond of my control. I did not cancel the ticket, so you must issue a complete refund. Your actions have already ruined all of my plans and caused me stress. Regardless, customer service has been unhelpful.
