Trainline Ticket Refund Dispute
I needed to travel to London for a job interview, however the train was cancelled one hour before the departure time. I ...have to postpone my appointment for April 8, 2024. When I checked for a refund, I discovered that I could only reclaim £32 of the £74 I had spent on tickets. I find it unacceptable
