I have been using TradingView with my Gmail account for six years, but recently, I realized my usual password wasn’t working and decided to reset it. However, the reset process requires the old password, which I no longer remember. I submitted the necessary form through TradingView's help section, providing every document they requested: a photo of my driver’s license, my most recent subscription invoice, and even a photo of myself holding my ID card.
Despite all this, they only enabled a 2FA reset, which did not resolve the issue. For two weeks now, I’ve been emailing A*** K***, trying to resolve what should be a simple problem, but progress has been frustratingly slow. A dedicated support center in Turkey could have made this process smoother. I need immediate assistance to regain access to my account. This ongoing issue is unacceptable.
