TradingView Blocks My Account from Purchasing Data Packages

I have an active subscription with TradingView under the email address s************@gmail.com. However, when I try to purchase a real-time data package, I encounter an error that prevents the transaction. The error message states:
"Our system believes it has detected suspicious activity and has blocked your account from making new purchases."
I reached out to TradingView support through the help menu but have not received any response. This issue is highly frustrating, as I urgently need access to the data package. I request immediate assistance to resolve this problem so I can proceed with my purchase and continue using the platform without interruptions. Please address this matter promptly.
