TradingView Essential Plan Purchased By Mistake, Refund Requested Within 14 Days

On July 25, 2025, I mistakenly purchased the TradingView Essential package for one year using my bank card. Since the purchase date, less than 14 days have passed. However, I could not find any refund option, and I was also unable to reach customer support for assistance.
My account is registered under the email address a********@gmail.com**.
Because this subscription was purchased by mistake, I am requesting a full refund of the payment to my account. I have not used the plan, and my cancellation request falls within the standard 14-day withdrawal period, which should make me eligible for a refund.
I expect TradingView to process this request promptly and ensure that customers are not penalized for accidental purchases.
