Track718 Shows Delivery for Package That Was Never Received
On November 28, I placed an order on the website https://www.karenmillenturkiye.com.tr/
. I made the purchase believing it was a company selling in Turkey, and my order was shipped via Track718. My shipment with tracking number AX1000820128CD has been showing the status “in transfer” in the system for nearly a month.
As of yesterday, the system shows that the package was delivered, yet no package was delivered to me at all. I am unable to reach either Track718 or the seller through any communication channel, and I cannot find anyone to take responsibility.
I request that the actual location of my product be identified and that it be delivered to me as soon as possible. If this is not possible, I demand a full refund of the amount I paid.
